Inspect 12+ areas where water could be entering the basement.

Moisture / Mold

Inspect the basement for signs of mold and moisture.

Floor Condensation

Inspect if water is condensing on the cold floor. Basements with any sort of flooring may trap moisture, leading to mold growth.

Inspect to make sure the basement has adequate ventilation for proper levels of humidity.

We will install a top-rated sump pump to remove the water that is collected from our system and transport it away from the house.

Water Back-Up Sump Pump

In the case of a power outage during a storm, we highly recommend install a water powered back up sump pump that uses your main waterline to pump water safely out of the basement. One gallon of water used pumps two gallons of sitting water.

Sump Pump Alarm

As our last precaution to a well-rounded waterproofing system, we install a sump pump alarm. The alarm will notify you if the main pump has stop working for whatever reason.
